Doha, Qatar- The US-Qatar Business Council, in partnership with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the State of Qatar, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (USCC), and the American Chamber of Commerce in Qatar (AmCham), hosted a private sector Lunch Panel Discussion on the sidelines of the 2023 US-Qatar Strategic Dialogue.
The Lunch Roundtable Discussion was hosted at The Ritz Carlton, Doha, and was attended by private sector officials from leading American and Qatari companies, US and Qatari government officials, and the wider business community. The Lunch Panel Discussion focused on some important business, trade, and investment themes between the United States and Qatar including synergies between the US and Qatar in hosting the FIFA World Cup, the prominent role of US and Qatari women in their respective economies, and how sustainability will play a central role in the development of both countries’ economic agenda going forward.
