• HE worked in the Ministry of Interior in 1990 – 2000.
• HE worked at the Prime Minister Office 2000- 2004.
• Director of Legislative Department in the Council of Ministers , General Secretariat 2004 - 2007.
• Assistant Under Secretary in the Council of Ministers 2007- 2008.
• General Secretary of Council of Ministers and Permanent Committee for Legislative Affairs 2008 – 2010.
• HE is appointed Minister of Administrative Development at the Cabinet reshuffle on 26 June 2013.
• HE is appointed Minister for Administrative Development and Labor and Social Affairs on 27 January 2016
