BOEING/DLA PIPER

Boeing announced the acquisition of defense manufacturer Argon ST Inc. for $775 million. The purchase confirms Boeing's expansion in communication technologies and information management. Represented by DLA Piper, Argon is expected to become a Boeing subsidiary by the end of the third quarter of this year.
